Since the February this year, the training courses have been organised and proceeded to all colleagues in our company for the routine business and operation procedures actively in every weekend. The senior operation supervisor or operators normally acted as the speaker in every course, and not only used the methods of PPT theoretical knowledge and physical practices, but also combinated with his/her experienced events and difficulties. It is such nice opportunity to improve business operability for every colleague and strengthen deeply the communications of the relative departments, so the cooperation and coordination between the departments and operators will be more preferably, and apply the higher servicing quality and efficiency to all our clients.
