For the effetives of global warming control and environment pretections, China Ministry of Transport has announced to implement the scheme and reqirements at the core ports  in the Yangzte River Delta emission control area from 01st,April,2016, which is suitable for any kinds ,any sizes and any nationalities vessels at berth in the Yangzte River Delta area.
